How do I see my prices?

If you are not logged on to your account or you are a guest user, then the prices shown are our standard trade prices.  If you have an account then the prices shown are your specific prices.

Do you offer discounts for quantity purchases?

Yes we do.  The way that our system works, you need to enter the quantity required, when selecting an item then and the discounted price, shown as a net unit rate is shown when you get to the checkout.

Do your prices include GST?

The prices shown are excluding GST, with the GST content shown when you view the shopping cart.  The total for the line shown will include GST. 

I am interested in getting some timber doors and/or windows made.  Can you help with this?

Yes.  Click here to go to the B&V Timber Joinery section.  Here you find information and specification of a wide range of timber doors & windows, including Bi-folds, Sliders, French Doors, Double Hung Windows and other popular styles.

Are you able to custom manufacture or source products that are not in your catalogue?

Yes.  We can custom manufacture mouldings, turned products, joinery, fretowrk and other associated timber products.  If you have a specific enquiry, click to go to our Enquiry form. Once you have submitted this, we will endeavour to make contact with you the next business day.

Do your prices include Freight or Delivery?

The price shown do not include freight or delivery.  If you want us to dispatch your order to you, you can add the freight cost, which will be calculated by the weight of your order at the checkout.  We courier small items and use a freight company for large items such as mouldings. 

Do you offer a delivery service?

We offer a delivery service for most of Metropolitan Auckland.  Subject to stock availability and demand for deliveries, we can generally deliver the next day if we receive an order before 12.00 noon.
