Your first visit to the site

In order to login, you will need to request an account ID and password.  E-mail simon@bungalowandvilla.co.nz and we will reply with your account ID and password.

You will be able to change your password once you have logged in.

Choosing Products 

By clicking on the icons on the home page, you can search our product groups to find what you require.  If you know the product code, or require a specific product type such as a Finial for example, you can use the search facility underneath the list of product groups on the left of the page.

When you have selected all the items that you need

When you are selected everything, click on the shopping cart icon. Here you have the chance to review your order to check that you have everything and that the quantities are correct. When you are ready, click the select button, which will take you to the Checkout. 

Selecting Products 

When you have chosen what you require, enter the number required and click on the shopping cart icon.  Do this each time you want to add a product to your shopping cart.  Please note the lead times for the products.  If your order has products with a variety of lead times, we will dispatch the order when complete.

At the Checkout

Here you will be given the choice of how you wish to pay, including paying be credit card on line through our secure payment gateway.

Then you will be asked to enter your delivery information.  We are able to calculate the freight charge for items that are small enough to use a courier for.

You also have the option to say whether you wish to collect your order, which would generally apply to larger items such as Mouldings & Joinery.

Completing your order 

Once you have finalised your order, you will be able to will be able to print a copy.  Depending on what you have ordered, your order will be dispatched or we will be in contact to confirm some of the details.
